Activation Key Expired

If you are receiving an alert stating that your subscription has expired or your activation key is no longer valid, simply download the latest version of SENDIT! from your acct. and use the activation key in the zip file.

Switching from 6.0.1 to 6.0.4

The major changes in V6 has been the new Library and Active Recipe area. In making this there is a hidden file that gets embedded on your system when you hit the save button. The script looks for this file each time it opens ... when that file is not there .... like if you are a new user or are migrating from an older (older) version ..... or haven't been using 6.0.1 ... then the V6.0.3 app refused to open. If you cant open v6.0.3 then simply open version 6.0.1 place something in the Active recipe field and hit save. Everything is fixed. If you are using 6.0.1 and you get an error when you hit process and your whole system locks up ..... close everything down .... re launch and let the first thing you do is simply put something in the active Recipe field. Hit save. Everything is good. If you hit process in version 6 and you get a blank folder as a result almost right away ...... it's because you have nothing in the active folder to process. The patch should be out tomorrow .... Hang tight, but if you are in a pinch these are the current work arounds.

Error on line 9072 v7.2.1

There have been a few reported errors coming in when people are selecting images within a folder. We are aware of this issue and are adding it to our fix list.

To avoid this error simply select the images directly.

Type Error on Line 7212

If you see this error it is because you do not have an active recipe in the Active Recipe space.

Simply take any recipe from the library and move it across, or create a new recipe in the Active Recipe area before you hit process.

Error on Line 7223

If you see this error it could be because you are sorcing files on a portable or external hard drive.

For the most part sendit! plays nice with these devices, but there have been a few instances where simply moving your source folder up to your desktop has solved the problem. Give it a shot and if it still doesnt work let us know.

Error on Line 7506

If you see this error it could be because you are selecting one type of file, but have the image type selector limited to a different file type.

If you are choosing individual or select files of any type you must make sure that the file type is also selected beside.

To remedy simply make sure all selected file extensions are included in the file type options.

Input data does not match error on start up

"The input data does not match the current version results may not work.

You may be using data from a previous version. The system will automatically correct the error.01"

If you see this error when you try to launch the app don't worry. Its totally normal.

As we build out the app the instruction sets change from version to version.

To remedy simply refresh your recipes.

1) Click on the library and click the question mark.
2) Click on each of your active recipes and click save after you have done that.
