James is the BEST! We spent an hour this morning on a Zoom call, and he walked me through everything. Send It works BEAUTIFULLY for the way I am planning on shooting for this client (2:3 with a little extra room top and bottom) and for what this client has asked for. By automating all the crops, and providing a BNW copy option, Send It! drastically reduces my time in post and the advanced crop feature nearly guarantees a consistent "look" in regards to spacing, and allows me to add value to my services. I practiced with an image from one of my sessions, and in less than a minute I had 5 folders with my crops and black and white copies. Every single one with the top of the head the same distance from the top and the face filling the same percentage of the image. I am thrilled.
